When we have spoken to you, we will both get a feel as to whether we are right for you and you are right for us and if so, we will invite you to a Discovery Day in Wolverhampton, so we can get to know each other better and explore the possibility of working together.
During the Discovery Day you will meet some of our support team, discuss the franchise network and the opportunities, we will look at your chosen territory and what you will need to operate. We will help you on your exciting journey of becoming a business owner utilising skills you bring to the table.

Researching the opportunity
This is a very important stage in the process, because this is where we really start to look into the market in your chosen area and identify who are your competitors and what your marketing opportunities are by identifying market advantages and disadvantages, so you will know where you stand from the outset. We will work with your throughout this phase, to ensure you cover all angles and look into every possible opportunity.
At the end of this phase, which can take a couple of months, you will have so much information at your fingertips about your marketplace.
We will also work with you to select and identify your chosen place of trade, whether offices or a shop, carrying out locality searches and price comparisons.
Creating the business plan
This is the exciting bit! This is where you will put all of your findings together into a business plan and you see your future really take shape. This plan will be needed by the banks if you are applying for finance. You will also submit to us for approval the plan along with your financial goals of how you see your branch operating both practically and financially. A senior member of the team will work with you on putting this into a presentable format ready for the next stage
Presenting the plan
You will be invited with all of your research to come in and meet with our MD Sally Lawson to present this and your plan for set up and launch.
You will then discuss this with Sally and our team member who has been working with you (up to this point) to make sure that all considerations have been covered and looked into.
Following the presentation meeting, all of the information will be reviewed and assessed by Sally and our recruitment team. If they believe that your plan is acceptable and would be a success, then you will receive a formal offer from us.
Once you have received this offer, then we will discuss payment and training dates. The full franchise fee will need to be paid at least 2 weeks before training commences. Your chosen premises should ideally be ready to trade, from immediately after you have finished your 2 weeks in house and 2 weeks on the job training.
You will attend a 2 week training course at our Wolverhampton head office and receive training from Sally and her team. Following this we will send you on location to do up to 2 weeks on the job training, with a fully functioning branch, to really get the practical working experience and get a feel for what You are going to create.
Whilst on training, the final finishes can be added to your chosen branch. Any staff that you are taking on from day one will be trained during this period too or shortly after.
Once trained you will be in your office and ready to go! We will assign an FDM (franchise development manager) to work with you and get you going, also a mentor (usually a current franchisee in the network) to be someone you can bounce ideas off and chat to regularly, offering you moral support.
You will also have weekly Skype meeting with your FDM, quarterly Training days and day to day support from our management and support team, who are highly experienced and qualified agents themselves.
